Tasks
-Installation, inspect and repair suppression systems to perform trouble shooting and preventative maintenance -Completes documentation of invoicing data based on hours worked and materials or equipment used to perform the service -Keep jobsites clean and organized -Hold yourself accountable for Safe Driving of Company Vehicles -Follow established Allied Fire Protection SOP’s -Support and Ensure Adherence to Company SOPs – Purchase Orders, Change Orders, etc. -Submit accurate Timesheet – job numbers/names, OT and travel pay, completed on time, etc., support transition to Electronic timesheet submittal -Reconciles work order documents, vendor packing slips and weekly timesheets for supervisor review -Ensure proper Inventory Management – review, update, and approve packing slips – submitted timely, proper material management -Actively Participate in required team meetings -Ensure awareness and support of Stop Work Authority -Complete all Training Requirements – Safety, Certifications, etc. -Operates hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring equipment to perform service to the system -Teamwork – maintain positive interactions within your team, local office, etc. -Ensure Production Efficiency – awareness of budget vs. actual labor hours and proactive communication with superintendent -Completes work orders, task lists and documents to verify work performed as needed to conform to customer invoicing requirements -Ensure all required documents are complete, accurate and professional, with required signatures -Ensure proper Maintenance and care of equipment – trucks, lifts, tools, etc. -Ensure timely and accurate Incident and Accident Reporting -Ensure Customer Satisfaction and respond to Customer Satisfaction Survey feedback improvement opportunities -Maintain a Professional appearance -Ensure timely and complete submittal of JSAs, Toolbox Talks, Audit Forms, etc. -Explains the service charges and work performed to the satisfaction of the customer. -Maintain Quality Control i.e. reduce the need for return trips and warranty work

What You Bring
-A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) -Ability to meet customer requirements and maintain an acceptable customer satisfaction rating -Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings -Communicate effectively and professionally within the department and with internal and external customers -Ability to work overtime, out of town or on-call as needed -Ability to follow specific directions (written/verbal), perform a changing variety of duties, repeat tasks of short duration according to a set procedure and work within precise limits and standards of numerical accuracy -Minimum of five (5) years relevant work experience to include service experience on portable extinguishers, CO2 systems, kitchen hoods and clean agent systems -Hold FEL and A License -Timeliness – at the job on time; attendance; communication with supervisor; paperwork -Ability to maintain on-going required continued education, professional licenses and/or certifications as required by the position -Ability to maintain proper documentation on provided electronic device for work performed -Ability to competently use a variety of gauges, meters, measuring instruments, hand and power tools and equipment -Ability to meets requirements of company vehicle driving policy which includes a valid Driver’s License and a motor vehicle record in good standing -Ability to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle as evidenced by past driving performance record and to adhere to all company safety requirements -Ability to effectively communicate with peers, supervisors and the custom -Diagnostic ability as demonstrated through prior experience and/or training -Basic to moderate computer skills are desired -Good math, verbal, written skills as well as good interpersonal skills -Diagnoses detection, notification, reporting of suppression systems performance through observation, testing and setup. Included but not limited to CO2, FE-13, Dry chemical, stove, kitchen hoods and clean agent systems
