Tasks

-This is a hands-on role, where you will be responsible for efficient food preparation, as per menu guidelines, undertaking and monitoring stock control, supervising 6 members of staff to work within COSHH and HACCP and provide a catering service in a safe and hygienic environment. -ensuring the day to day running of the kitchen and service area is outstanding.
