Tasks

-Keep communal areas spotless and inviting. -Log maintenance requests and coordinate quick resolutions. -Be the friendly face for residents and guests — handling enquiries, parcels, and bookings. -Assist with resident events, open days, and community activities. -Support move-ins, inspections, and inventories to keep everything running smoothly. -Conduct security walks and help ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

What You Bring

-Comfortable using Microsoft Office and booking systems. -Health & Safety awareness (ARLA, IRPM, or COSHH desirable but not essential). -Confident communication and strong customer service skills.
