Mitigation Technician

Overview

Assess, clean, restore, and sanitize damaged properties as a mitigation technician.

Tasks

-Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and maintain all company equipment. -Drive company vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and other machinery. -Act as daily on-site contact for the customer, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered. -Attention to Detail - Directs attention to the task at hand in order to avoid making mistakes. Prepares and carefully reviews figures, computations, reports, etc., to identify any errors or problems; ensures consistency and that information can be understood by all who read it. Shows concern for all aspects of the job no matter how small. -Follow safety rules and regulations. -Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.

What You Bring

-Able to monitor and provide appropriate documentation. -Valid driver’s license in good standing. -Adaptability – Adapts by adjusting behavior, routines, and habits to meet goals and changing circumstances, maintaining balance amid conflicting demands. -Effective Communicator – Consistently communicates clearly and thoroughly, optimizing audience understanding with concise, timely, and effective speaking and presentation skills. -Ability to provide company management with timely and accurate information related to the progress and status of projects. -2 or more years as an experience Restoration Technician preferred. -1-2 years of general work experience. -Willingness to participate in all training as needed or required. -Collaboration/Relationship Building – Cultivates strong working relationships through interpersonal skills, secures cooperation, promotes win-win solutions, and collaborates effectively with individuals beyond formal authority to achieve goals. -The ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds. -1 or more of IICRC Restoration Certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.) preferred. -High level performance of water mitigation, and mold remediation services according with industry specifications under the supervision of Mitigation Manager.
