Overview
Supervise large-scale data center/mission-critical construction projects.

Tasks
-Establish and maintain a weekly cadence of LPS and continuous improvement activities between staff and trade partners. -Execute Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies and procedures, implement Injury Free Environments, and identify safety training needs for the team. -Utilize P6 to build project schedules. -Oversee building of complex, large-scale datacenter, mission critical project(s) upwards to $100M+. -Create and assess Weekly Work Plan (WWP) and Pre-Task Plan (PTP) for continuous improvement opportunities. -Conduct jobsite lean and Last Planner System (LPS) boot camps. -Conduct constructability reviews and collaborate with stakeholders to provide an effective Quality Control (QC) program. -Communicate the project plan’s success factors and implementation strategies. -Review overall safety performance and data, discuss with trade partners, and understand leading and lagging safety indicators. -Prepare operational plans and collaborate with Business Development (BD) on sales pursuits and presentations. -Reconcile Work in Progress (WIP) with Trade contractors’ Schedule of Values and submit timely and accurate payment requisitions. -Contribute to the preconstruction phase, including buyout, logistics, and scheduling.

What You Bring
-7-10+ years of relevant site management experience on ground up commercial and/or data center projects. -Experience with the design process of building systems for data center and mission critical projects. -Hands/Arms: Constant use of hands/fingers for mouse/keyboard/computer use -Hearing: Sufficient to hear conversational levels in person and over the telephone and radio; sufficient to hear alarms on equipment -Legs: Must be able to climb stairs -Proficient with Procore and/or CMIC. -Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Profit Plan (PP) and project financial forecast. -Innovate and solve core and shell construction challenges, utilizing project team and trade partner resources. -Vision: Visual acuity in near, mid, and far range. Color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, hand/eye coordination -Lift/Carry: Up to 40lbs. -Speech: Sufficient to make oneself heard in person, speak in front of groups, and be understood over the telephone and radio -5+ years’ experience leading and managing the build process for data center projects.
