Install and lead residential solar PV electrical systems as on-site journeyman.

Tasks

-Operate company vehicles responsibly, adhering to safety and maintenance guidelines. -Lead and mentor the solar installation crew on all electrical aspects of the project, providing technical direction and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. -Complete detailed project documentation, including system diagrams, inspection photos, and installation reports. -Install, wire, and commission solar-related electrical equipment and components in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and Trinity Solar standards. -Communicate professionally with customers, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. -Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, following all safety policies and protocols. -Prepare job sites by staging materials, inspecting equipment, and verifying readiness for installation.

What You Bring

-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record -Proficiency with electrical and mechanical tools; strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills -Ability to work safely at heights and on residential roofs for extended periods -Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., bend, kneel, and climb ladders regularly -In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and best practices for residential electrical systems -Must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening -Active state-issued Journeyman or Master Electrician license (required) -Experience with residential or commercial solar PV systems strongly preferred
