-Maintain compliance with WHS policies and environmental sustainability goals, including participation in audits and toolbox talks. -Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify operational improvements and drive productivity. -Ensure consistent delivery of high-standard cleaning services across trains and facilities, aligned with client expectations. -Provide training, coaching, and audit support to enhance team capabilities and service outcomes. -Lead and support a team of approximately 95-110 cleaning staff across multiple sites, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and performance.
