Overview
Assist in landscape architecture/planning tasks for projects in South West & Wales
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Support the continued development of our relationships with internal and external clients. -Joining internal multi-disciplinary working groups promoting innovation, excellence and thought leadership. -Preliminary/sketch and detailed design including general arrangement drawings, hard & soft construction detailing, schedules & specification to support planning applications -Prepare technical information for landscape infrastructure, development and improvement projects, which may include: Strategic and feasibility/concept studies; Landscape and visual assessment (LVIA) for both linear and site-based projects; Townscape and visual assessment (TVIA); Preliminary/sketch and detailed design including general arrangement drawings, hard & soft construction detailing, schedules & specification to support planning applications Tender and construction packages, construction/post-construction inspections -Supporting delivery of specific tasks within projects.

What You Bring
-Degree level qualification in Landscape Architecture or recognised equivalent; -Landscape and visual assessment (LVIA) for both linear and site-based projects; -Postgraduate diploma / Masters qualification in Landscape Architecture or recognised equivalent; -Experience delivering Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals and Assessments; -Fluent spoken English with excellent verbal, written and graphic communication skills. -Experience in the successful delivery of landscape and urban design projects desirable. -Excellent technical skills and proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley and Adobe Creative Suite -Townscape and visual assessment (TVIA); -Experience of managing landscape design during the construction phase desirable.
