Overnight housekeeping and maintenance staff ensuring clean public areas and guest support.

Tasks

-Responds promptly to guests’ needs with an interest and concern in satisfying every guest. -Handles guest requests, such as delivering items to guest rooms, providing information about hotel amenities, assisting with luggage, and ensuring guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any additional needs or concerns. -Help with Snow removal -Ensures the hotel provides a welcoming experience through a clean and well-maintained property. -Ensures guests and associates are satisfied with public area and exterior cleanliness. -Cleans and stocks all public areas daily, including restrooms, fitness center, guest laundry, elevators, and pool. Shovels snow in winter and controls weeds and garbage in summer. Set up and break down meetings.

What You Bring

-Must be able to relate well to hotel guests and co-workers. -Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds (lifting above the shoulder is also required). -1 year experience preferred -Must be able to work weekends and holidays. -Must be self-motivated and able to stay on task to complete all daily requirements
