Tasks

-Performing financial modeling and analysis -Creating and organizing a detailed database for tenant pursuits and proactively scheduling and meeting with prospective tenants -Contributing to building tours, presentations, drafting proposals, and report preparation -Participate in firm marketing and business development opportunities -Responsible for tracking and collecting market level data and comps for their submarket -Maintaining daily interaction with clients and prospective clients -Developing a deep understanding of the real estate market by obtaining the latest market and industry research, historical information, and trends

What You Bring

-Must be able to succeed in an environment that values individual perspectives and encourages sharing of information and ideas, while driving towards common goals -Strong financial analysis skills -1-3 years similar client business development or internship experience preferred. -Ability to be an independent worker with a team player attitude -Must possess strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment -General understanding of CRM software and tools -Working knowledge of Excel -A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required. MSRE, MBA, CFA, CCIM or SOIR preferred. -Extensive cold calling, face-to-face prospecting, and other business development practices -Leadership experience, sales and negotiating skills -Strong verbal and written communication
