What You Bring

-Skilled in contract management, negotiation, and resolving construction issues -5+ years’ project management experience in construction, ideally with a relevant qualification and/or PMP/Prince2 certification -Comfortable working in an Agile, team-based environment and embracing continuous improvement -Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including working with iwi and community groups -Ability to prepare project schedules, manage risks, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety and legislative requirements -Strong written and verbal communication, planning, and organisational skills -Strong understanding of NZS 3915 contract standards and NZS 3604 building standards -Proven experience managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
