Tasks

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team in our Lehi or Salt Lake City office. If you’re ready to take your career to the next level, work on exciting projects, and make a meaningful impact, this opportunity is for you! Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass both a criminal background check and driving record review. -A track record of leading project teams and mentoring engineers and designers. -Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. -Knowledge of Utah drainage requirements and municipal design codes. -Proficiency in Civil3D design software. -Strong proposal writing, contract management, and client management skills. -A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. -A Professional Engineer (PE) License in Utah or the ability to obtain one within six months. -Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.. -Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. -Must be able to work on active construction sites, which may include uneven terrain, exposure to varying weather conditions, and moderate to high noise levels. -Proven experience (7+ years) in land development/municipal projects. -Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. -Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. -Technical expertise in civil engineering services, including land development, utilities, grading, surveying, construction oversight, and planning.
