We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team in our Lehi or Salt Lake City office. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass both a criminal background check and driving record review. -A track record of leading project teams and mentoring engineers and designers. -Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. -Knowledge of Utah drainage requirements and municipal design codes. -Proficiency in Civil3D design software. -Strong proposal writing, contract management, and client management skills. -A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. -A Professional Engineer (PE) License in Utah or the ability to obtain one within six months. -Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.. -Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. -Must be able to work on active construction sites, which may include uneven terrain, exposure to varying weather conditions, and moderate to high noise levels. -Proven experience (7+ years) in land development/municipal projects. -Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. -Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. -Technical expertise in civil engineering services, including land development, utilities, grading, surveying, construction oversight, and planning.
