Tasks

-Ensure accurate completion and timely submission of any relevant site-based or company documentation electronically or paper based as per requirements of the contract -Observe the highest levels of health and safety, and use appropriate safety equipment -To ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day -Working with other team members to provide a courteous and considerate service to clients and tenants -Effectively manage time in order to meet deadlines -Working on void and tenanted properties -Operating plant equipment -Working under instruction to meet the needs of the client

What You Bring

-Basic IT skills -Valid CSR Card -Access NI clearance preferable -Excellent team working skills -Full driving license -Experience in the social housing sector -Working at Heights experience -Experience of erecting scaffolding -Confident, reliable, flexible and adaptability. -Evidence of delivering high levels of customer service. -Experience of plant operation and relevant tickets -Have adequate literacy and numeracy skills -Minimum of 2 years construction industry relevant experience -Experience using a PDA \ smartphone \ mobile working device.
