Tasks
-Identification of market trends and R&D requirements -Define a technical strategy ensuring a holistic techno-commercial solution, reflecting lessons learned from former projects. Focus is on minimizing risk and ensuring quality -Work with the customer to understand the requirements and align these with the solution portfolio, through pre-acquisition and acquisition phase -Lead, develop and co-ordinate technical solution with national and international technical resources across the organization

What You Bring
-Knowledge of project management and contract management as well as experience in leading international technical standardization is preferred -Strong analytical and communication skills for understanding customer needs, providing value-added inputs, and excelling in multicultural environments with a strategic approach -Proficient in negotiations, interface management, teamwork and leadership abilities -Excellent verbal and written skills in English and knowledge of German is preferred -Extensive engineering experience preferably in HVDC or FACTS technology -Completed university degree preferably in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical field
