Tasks

-Prepare information for public distribution; -Stay connected! If the institution of higher learning is located outside of the U.S., you are responsible for providing documentation from a recognized USA accrediting service which specializes in determining foreign education equivalencies to the contact listed below. -For state employees one (1) year as a Health Program Assistant 1 may substitute for the General and Special Experience. -A Master's degree in public health, health education, hospital administration, or public administration or other closely related field may be substituted for one (1) additional year of the General Experience. -For state employees this experience is interpreted at the level of a Health Program Assistant 1. -Experience establishing and developing collaborative relationships across state, healthcare, and community partners. -interpersonal skills; -Experience administering 1 or more contracts with healthcare organizations or community-based organizations, demonstrated by monitoring contract performance and managing vendor compliance. -College training may be substituted for the General Experience on the basis of fifteen (l5) semester hours equalling one half (1/2) year of experience to a maximum of four (4) years for a Bachelor's degree. -Experience in federal grant management, including familiarity with GrantSolutions and reporting requirements, deliverables tracking, and compliance for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), HRSA, CDC or other agencies of the Department of Health and Human Services. -Experience preparing program and financial reports for quarterly or semi-annual submissions to federal agencies. -formal program planning, development, management or evaluation; -Experience developing and updating detailed project work plans with clearly defined milestones, deliverables, and performance measures.
