Tasks

The Property Management Legal Representative is responsible for providing legal support and guidance related to property leasing, tenancy matters, and real estate regulations. This role ensures that all property management activities comply with applicable laws and contractual obligations, while representing the company in legal proceedings, settlement negotiations, and official communications with tenants, landlords, and regulatory authorities. -Ensure all property management activities, documentation, and communications align with internal policies and legal standards. -Manage and track all ongoing cases, ensuring timely preparation of evidence, statements, and supporting documentation. -Liaise effectively with internal departments, tenants, landlords, and external legal advisors to facilitate smooth case handling and compliance. -Provide timely legal advice on property management, leasing, and tenancy matters to ensure full compliance with UAE laws and regulations. -Ensure full compliance with company policies and UAE property regulations. -Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity in all communications and proceedings. -Provide regular updates to management on case status, legal risks, and key developments. -Deliver accurate and timely legal documentation and advice. -Draft, review, and validate lease agreements, addenda, notices, and other contractual documents to ensure accuracy and enforceability. -Represent the company before the Rental Dispute Center, courts, and other relevant authorities in all property-related legal matters. -Maintain organized legal records, databases, and documentation to support audits and management reporting. -Achieve timely resolution of disputes and minimize financial or reputational risk to the company. -Recommend settlement strategies and alternative dispute resolutions when appropriate.

What You Bring

-1–3 years of experience in property management, tenancy law, or real estate legal practice. -Proven experience representing clients or organizations before rental dispute committees, courts, or authorities. -Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating lease agreements and contracts. -Professional diploma or bachelor’s degree. -Strong knowledge of UAE tenancy and property laws.
