Tasks

-Work collaboratively with internal preconstruction, operations team members as well as Owner and design team members. -Prepare scope comparison sheets and bid tabs. -Support preparation of GMP proposals and cost narratives. -Review project details with coordinators to ensure solicitation and coverage from the proper subcontractors. -Identify and resolve design conflicts and missing information. -Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and cost breakdowns. -Assist in subcontractor bid solicitation and evaluation.

What You Bring
