Tasks

-Manage a team of consultants -Work directly with the project design lead(s) to realize the design vision for the project(s) -Manage a team in producing architectural design solutions and construction drawings -Manage a group of architectural staff, leading project meetings, and coordinating other building disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects. -Ensure clear client communication -Provide technical and administrative oversight to ensure that both the internal and external client needs are met and that the projects are delivered within cost, quality and schedule targets -Supporting the team on pursuing work through assisting with RFP preparation, including schedule and fees -Manage the financial aspect of the project including planning, scheduling, forecasting and staffing and working with accounting to achieve the desired results.

What You Bring

-Registered architect in Manitoba (MAA), or eligibility to be registered in the province -Minimum of 7 years experience working in a similar role -Bilingual (English and French) would be considered an asset -Preference given to candidates with knowledge of BIM principles & workflows, REVIT software, AutoCAD software, Visualization software, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365 environment, and Bluebeam -Experience with Healthcare or Security & Defense projects would be considered an asset
