- Expertise in commercial risk management and dispute resolution.
- A proven track record in leading commercial teams through growth and transformation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong experience in contract negotiation and management, particularly with NEC4 models (Options A, B, C & E).
- A relevant degree and professional accreditation (e.g. MRICS or equivalent).
