  • Building and leading a high-performing team of commercial managers and quantity surveyors.

  • Expertise in commercial risk management and dispute resolution.
  • A proven track record in leading commercial teams through growth and transformation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong experience in contract negotiation and management, particularly with NEC4 models (Options A, B, C & E).
  • A relevant degree and professional accreditation (e.g. MRICS or equivalent).
