Lead site operations, safety, maintenance and budget for Yarranlea Solar Farm

Tasks

Day to day advice on operational performance of all Risen systems, and compliance with Australian standards, Provision of Reports in a timely and professional manner Encourages and supports joint initiatives which will add value to Risen Maintain productive working relationships with Representatives of Risen preferred suppliers to ensure their timely support. To Actively lead, develop staff and service providers to complete assigned tasks to meet or exceed the agreed site Key Result Areas. Set operational standards for group -Scheduling preventive maintenance activities through a common, network-wide CMMS and may also help with floor activities as needed. -Promote the safety of people, Zero Harm -Issue work permits and insure the people attending site are inducted -Ensure all work (labour and materials) is accounted for by the Services providers -Manage CMMS system to ensure jobs under your control are always in a known state -Interacting with other similar roles in the network to share best practices, lessons learned, and even plan and setup central network parts storage where value-added. -Monitor and control all resource requirements to meet workgroup business needs. -Identify task hazards and assess task risks and implement strategies to control risks -Check invoicing promptly and minimise work in progress. -Providing training so each tech understands and is able to utilize the CMMS tool. -Work with other Risen Technical skills to ensure solar plant performance gaps are resolved as quickly as practical -Completing all inspection and testing work according to the required schedule -Identifying any condition-based maintenance requirements, gain the required approvals, schedule and complete the work -Ensure tasks are scheduled, approved and carried out to meet or exceed Risen performance guarantee -Improve contract management processes and work quality to meet correct standards -plant and minimise LTI’s and HEI’s and environmental incidents. -Manage the site budget and report emerging issues that will impact the delivery of the Budget commitment -Identify skill gaps and recommend training or recruitment to ensure correct skills are available. -Manage the site spares inventory and ensure spares are replenished after use as quickly as possible. -Meet or exceed Operational Availability, 99%, of the Yarranlea Solar Farm -Entry of OA requests in the procurement system, as well as tracking available funds in maintenance blanket purchase orders.
