Tasks

-Keep daily diary of events and activities under your control, including systems inspected, documents reviewed, and any decision made by authorities on site. -liaise with contractors commissioning team in a professional manner -Provide support to the project by delivering commissioning services in line with the high-standards clients of AESG have come to expect. -Carry out side observations with respect to quality of installation -Independently conduct site inspections in selected discipline -As part of a multi-discipline project team representing AESG, conduct site inspections of Data Centre and verify the tested results are correct. -Monitor installation, submittals and use of engineering tools adhering to project and commissioning guidelines -Report issues found to senior team members in a clear, accurate and concise manner -Produce documentation to a high standard, including site observation reports -Assist with reviewing project documentation for compliance with project specifications and industry codes of practice -Review design information, tolerances and agreed methods of working -Track completion of tasks, prepare lookaheads and trackers for project milestones -Assess whether test procedures and recorded results demonstrate compliance with project specifications and industry codes of practice -Participate in meetings and workshops regarding discipline when required

What You Bring

-Must have data center experience -MEP Trade time served + City & Guilds certificate -Minimum 5 years of job-related experience + Engineering degree -ONC, OND or equivalent -BSc Electrical Engineering -Minimum 7 years of job-related experience + college or Trade Certificate -BSc Building Services Engineering -MEP / Building services Engineering College Diploma -Commissioning certification such as BCA, ACG or NEBB, desirable but not essential -MEP / Building services Engineering College Certificate -Able to work independently on complex tasks. -BSc Mechanical Engineering -Incorporated Engineer, desirable but not essential -MEP / Building services Engineering Degree -Significant experience and advanced competencies. -Minimum 6 years of job-related experience + college diploma -HNC, HND or equivalent -CSA Grade 4 qualifies, desirable but not essential
