Mechanical Site Manager

Overview

Manage installation, commissioning and maintenance of mechanical building services on site.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Ensure on-site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, RAMS, PPE etc. -Order all day-to-day site materials. -Maintain project quality reporting and monitoring. -Ensure all relevant permits are in place. -Manage relevant external correspondence. -Manage project-specific scheduling. -On-site coordination of plant hire, tools, and labour. -Conduct inspections and tests to identify and resolve mechanical issues. -Update appropriate information to progress report. -Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical building services. -Oversee and manage labour and subcontractors. -Maintaining K&M Document Management System. -Communicate changes to the Project team. -Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team.

What You Bring

-People management experience -Relevant engineering or trades qualification. -Willingness to do some travel if/when required -Computer literate with exceptional interpersonal skills -Excellent knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
