Tasks

As Operations Analyst you will turn complex data into actionable insights that drive performance efficiency, and innovation across a rapidly growing renewable energy portfolio. -Develop and maintain bespoke operational reports and dashboards. -Collect, cleanse, and analyse data from multiple internal and external systems. -Collaborate with digital and data teams to optimise asset performance and safety. -Contribute to team meetings, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities. -Provide insights and recommendations to operational teams and management. -Support integration of new technologies, tools, and data systems. -Assist in developing operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

-Strong analytical and data manipulation skills from varied data sources. -Familiarity with systems such as CMMS, Pi Vision, or EAM. -Background in technical operations or engineering environments. -Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python. -Degree (or equivalent experience) in a data-driven discipline such as Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering. -Proven ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. -1 year experience within the energy, utilities, or industrial operations sector. -Full UK driving licence. -Experience producing and presenting reports to senior stakeholders.
