Tasks

-Facilitate alignment among diverse inputs to converge on decisions that benefit the broader community. -Coordinate product strategy, integrations, development, and business relationships at the intersection of technology, people, and business. -Manage product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a section of the iTwin Platform, supporting first-party platform adoption. -Coordinate with first- and third-party customers to create opportunities that expand the ecosystem and business. -Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and launch secure, scalable APIs. -Analyze market trends through research, customer feedback, and market input to enhance iTwin Platform APIs, improve developer experience, and reduce entry barriers.

What You Bring

-Strong organizational and leadership skills. -Experience with cloud APIs for developers and prior experience as a software developer is a plus. -A technical education, such as a degree in computer science, or equivalent proven work experience. -Occasional travel and time zone management required as part of a global team. -Ability to integrate product strategy, customer input, and market feedback into a detailed, executable plan. -Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with executive leadership and engineers. -Proficiency in analyzing user data, business intelligence, and usage analytics to generate insights for product improvement. -Experience with REST and SOAP APIs. -Sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer. -8+ years of product management experience in technical software projects within developer platforms or infrastructure software. -Exceptional decision-making and project management abilities.
