Assist with full-cycle property accounting tasks, financial analysis, and reporting.

Tasks

-Learn and understand the line of business, day-to-day responsibilities of the team, and how it functions within the broader real estate business. -Assist in the annual budgeting process by gathering and organizing financial data. -Collaborate with different teams to provide financial insights and support. -Support the development of financial outlooks and forecasts. -Complete in-house training programs for various applications and operational techniques. -Help in preparing financial reports and presentations for internal use. -Build relationships and partner with other Greystar teams to reach goals. -Assist in monitoring and analyzing monthly operating results and financial reports.

What You Bring

-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. -Graduating between December 2026 and May 2027 -Strong written and verbal communication skills, and capability to articulate complex topics. -Quantitative background that demonstrates analytical and problem-solving abilities. -High standard of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines. -Preferred major: Accounting, Finance, or related degree
