Tasks

- Oversee the maintenance and care of tools, equipment, and vehicles used by the installation team. - Train and mentor team members on installation techniques and safety procedures. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges during the installation process. - Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations on job sites. - Review project plans and blueprints to ensure proper installation procedures. - Lead and supervise HVAC installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. - Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless project execution. - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. - Maintain accurate records of installations, including progress reports and material usage.
