Tasks
- Oversee the maintenance and care of tools, equipment, and vehicles used by the installation team. - Train and mentor team members on installation techniques and safety procedures. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges during the installation process. - Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations on job sites. - Review project plans and blueprints to ensure proper installation procedures. - Lead and supervise HVAC installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. - Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless project execution. - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. - Maintain accurate records of installations, including progress reports and material usage. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently. - Ability to work in various environmental conditions. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in using HVAC tools and equipment. - Willingness to travel to different job sites as needed. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation - Retrofit and RNC. - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Relevant HVAC certifications (e.g., EPA 608 Certification) preferred. - Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role.
