Tasks
This position functions as a Project Manager for the Contracts Team, working cross-functionally with engineering, project management, sales, procurement, and legal to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and adherence to customer terms. -Interpret and follow detailed contract requirements, including flow-down clauses, change orders, payment schedules, insurance, and performance guarantees. -Collaborate with cross-functional experts managing high-impact projects across North America. -Partner with legal and commercial teams to standardize templates and improve internal contract processes. -Prepare and maintain accurate contract records, logs, and summaries for leadership reporting. -Support project teams in understanding and adhering to contract terms, proactively identifying risks or deviations. -Manage all contractual deliverables, ensuring terms, milestones, and obligations are tracked and fulfilled. -Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure all contract-related actions are documented and communicated effectively. -Assist with contract closeout, claims management, and dispute resolution processes. -Serve as the primary point of contact for contract review, negotiation, and administration from proposal through project completion.

What You Bring
-Proven ability to manage complex, multi-party agreements and drive compliance in a fast-paced environment. -5+ years of experience in contract management or project management roles supporting large industrial, construction, or manufacturing projects. -Experience with large-scale clients preferred. -Must live in or be willing to relocate to Roanoke, VA (relocation support provided). -Strong understanding of contract language, commercial risk, and project lifecycles. -Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Law, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
