Tasks

-Internal Communications Support: Help curate employee communications—town hall presentations, intranet articles, and email campaigns—to keep staff informed and motivated. -Video Production: Aid in the planning, filming, and post‑production editing of short videos for internal comms and external marketing. -External Publicity: Support the creation of marketing collateral and media kits; conduct basic media outreach and maintain media contact lists. -Digital & Offline Content: Assist in drafting, editing, and publishing communication materials, including social media posts, newsletters, press releases, infographics, and presentation decks. -Event Coordination: Organize and execute internal and external events, including employee engagement events (e.g., Town Hall, roadshows) and stakeholder briefings; prepare materials, manage RSVPs, and handle on‑site logistics.

What You Bring

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus. -Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). -Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. -Familiarity with basic video editing tools and design platforms (e.g., Canva). -Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn.
