Software Engineer/Scrum Master for embedded C++ satellite systems in VxWorks

Tasks
-Ensure compliance with software development standards and documentation. -Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog clarity and prioritization. -Design, develop, and maintain embedded software in C++ for real-time systems. -Utilize Git for version control and collaboration across development teams. -Guide the team on Agile principles and help remove impediments to progress. -Track and report team metrics to drive continuous improvement. -Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging of embedded systems. -Work within the VxWorks RTOS environment to support satellite and space system functionality. -Collaborate with systems engineers and other developers to meet performance and reliability requirements. -Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and transparency. -Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

What You Bring
-Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. -Proficiency with Git for source control and team collaboration. -Active security clearance or ability to obtain one. -Strong experience with VxWorks and real-time operating systems. -Proven experience working in real-time environments with strict timing and reliability constraints. -Excellent communication and leadership skills. -Experience in aerospace, defense, or satellite systems. -5+ years of experience in embedded software development using C++. -Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Rally. -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. -Experience with hardware/software integration and low-level debugging.
