Tasks

-Be accountable for design, development, execution of RPA / UDA solutions (including building internal capability and/or partnering with a vendor to bring on board best in class automation/RPA build capability) in JBS -Responsible to design, developing, and implement RPA / UDA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 to streamline processes and maximize efficiency. -Responsible for design, development, run support and maintenance of RPA / UDA solutions -Work with stakeholders to ensure understanding and support for proposed solutions -Collaborate with other Divisions, senior leaders and support functions (often across different geographies) -Drive a culture of process re-engineering into automation solution design -To own, contribute and deliver project tasks / activities as required to deliver project outcomes on the ground -Work closely with technology to embed a holistic Automation SDLC that integrates and operates effectively with technology infrastructure requirements -Collaborate with Governance, IT, Operations, Business, Application, Risk, Compliance teams for Change Management -Be accountable for delivering agreed internal client benefits -Support the identification of the over-arching framework to deliver RPA from inception to maintenance and ongoing monitoring of RPA digital worker performance -Ensure robust governance and regular report out to achieve all defined outcomes within defined timeframe. -Implement best practices to reduce complexity, improve scalability, reusability, security and increase efficiency through standardisation -Model and develop robotic process to reduce manual processes and improve employee productivity -Review the code and the design and also provide expertise in the development, and integration of systems. -Configure new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools. -Helps others - Builds relationships, actively collaborates, helps others succeed. -Build and maintain effective communications with key stakeholders, cross functional leaders and project team members -Coach and guide project team members where necessary -Participate in training businesses on the use of RPA technologies and in automation best practice. -Analysis root cause for an error/incident. -Document the automation procedures. -Building a central capability to deploy Automation at scale and quality -Design automation processes as per the operational needs of the organization and using Work Load Management for scalability. -Collaborate with the RPA Governance on best practices and code reviews. -Provide support in performing QA testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing as needed whilst establishing the broader capability -Inspire - Inspire others, creates vision and strategy, energizes others -Participate in technical discussions and develop strategies to solve technical challenges.

What You Bring

-Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes. -Character with high perseverance and resourcefulness required to keep driving and finding ways to get the required steps done. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere. Forward looking with a holistic approach -Experience in handing Change Requests and Incidents. And experience in change management process. -Extensive professional experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm and/or with a firm with a well-established transformation agenda -Control room- administration knowledge. -At least 6+ years of experience which includes RPA, Gen AI, Python programming. -Direct experience of major international business transformation projects -Extensive experience with RPA tools Automation Anywhere A360, UiPath, Power Automate with certifications, Python. -Must have experience in Solution Design, Development, Testing, Run Support, Maintenance, Incident Management and Change Management. -Ability to training / transfer learning and skills -Analytical Skills: Has a structured approach to problem solving with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics. Drives to fix the ultimate root causes to drive sustainable change -Good working experience with IQ Bot and other OCR tools. -Influencing and Team work: Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization. Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others -Knowledge on Agile Tools like Azure Dev Ops or JIRA -Experience with Gen AI tools/tech implementations. -Needs to demonstrate significant credibility in having previously delivered Automation design and implementation programmes -Knowledge of SDLC and Agile development. -Good working experience with Web, Windows, Email, PDF, API, Excel, Word, Share Point, SAP, Terminal Applications, etc. -Excellent technical and analytical skills are essential -Strong interpersonal and communication skills. -Diverse industry and functional backgrounds gained through consulting or elsewhere -Be a subject matter expert in Automation, primarily RPA technologies, but also other low code/no code technologies along with Python from an design/delivery/maintenance perspective. -Experience of Database, Python/ VB scripting and Excel VBA. -Think Big - Thinks strategically, simplifies the complex, solves complex problems, sees the big picture -Scripting/coding in RPA tool to resolve automation issues.
