Tasks

-Install, assemble, troubleshoot, modify, repair, and maintain HVAC systems. -Maintain HVAC equipment in sound operating condition -Perform preventative maintenance tasks as directed -Repairs steam traps, relief, and control valves. -Diagnose and repair HVAC system problems as assigned

What You Bring

-Must possess an ability to apply PM strategies and techniques -Must possess an ability to identify common causes of HVAC failures -Must have not less than five (5) years of experience -A demonstrated working knowledge of HVAC systems and an ability to understand and utilize MEP drawings is required -Must possess an ability to coordinate effective PM scheduling -Must possess an ability to establish routine testing procedures -Must possess an ability to meet project deadlines on-time -Universal CFC and EPA 608 certification -Must possess an ability to work on several projects simultaneously and prioritize work as required -Must pass background check
