Electrical mobile engineer handling PPM, remedial and reactive works across Southwest sites.

Tasks

-Be available to attend or manage critical call outs and provide written reports as required including preparing the basis of the quotes for the remedial works required. -Ensure that the Contractual efficiently meets all the relevant KPI & SLA requirements. -Procure materials in coordination with the Lead Engineer or Assistant Contract Delivery Manager -Ensure the annual testing of your tools and equipment are kept up to date. -Ensure you comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. -Carry out PPM and reactive works both in and out of hours (normal working hours 08:30 – 17:00) -Comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) for contract delivery. -Utilise facilities management software complete and load worksheets immediately after job completion on the day. -Assist in production of quotes as required. -Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

-Electrical Testing & Inspection Desirable -Mechanical experience desirable but not essential -Sound level of administration and organisational skills -Proactive approach to all tasks undertaken -UK Driving Licence essential -Experience working with the commercial setting -compliance with agreed-upon terms and service level agreements -Ability to develop a good understanding of the customers’ business requirements -18th Edition -High standard of workmanship -Sound knowledge of Tablet applications -A good knowledge of electrical services -Completion of PPM works and reporting. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -A minimum of City & Guilds qualifications electrical qualification
