Assemble windows/doors components, handle raw materials, ensure safety on day shift

Tasks

-Embraces team member’s role in profit sharing and makes positive contributions. -Occasional reaching overhead when handling glass -Promptly applies efficient and thorough responses to accidents. -Avoids and discourages excessive idle conversations during non-break times. -Frame Assembly

-Understands and follows company policies, such as attendance and conduct. -Demonstrates ability and willingness to shift tasks performed, as needed. -Frequent walking throughout assembly facilities -Demonstrates teamwork skills and gives best effort under all circumstances. -Frequent carrying up to 50 lbs. -Frequent repetitive hand/foot/head/neck movements required -Frequent bending/stooping/squatting -Frequent reaching/pushing/pulling away from body -Manual Saws -Ability to complete all tasks within required position capably and efficiently. -Constant standing up to 12 of hours a day -Frequent pushing with minimal or maximum force to maneuver the glass down the production line on rollers -Sash Assembly -Understands and promotes team and company culture. -Understands safety regulations and routinely wears PPE and ensures team members follow PPE guidelines.
