What You Bring

-Proficient with basic computer functions and ability to utilize software, databases, scripts, and other tools appropriately -Consistent Sales Performance: A successful Winback Sales Rep is expected to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a track record of delivering results and contributing to Vivint’s revenue growth. -Continuous Learning: Winback Sales Reps are expected to stay current with our evolving product and service offerings, industry trends, and sales techniques. Continuous learning and adaptation to changing market conditions are essential for achieving and maintaining success in this role. -Effective Communication: Winback Sales Reps must be able to explain complex product offerings in a simple and persuasive manner, ensuring that customers fully understand the value of resigning with Vivint and how they address their unique needs. -Must obtain a Burglar Alarm License through the Division of Occupations and Professional Licensing with the State of Utah (paid for by Vivint) -Grit and Resilience: Winback Sales Reps must possess the determination and resilience to overcome challenges, handle rejection, and persevere in the face of obstacles, ultimately driving their success in creating new customer accounts. -Able to work Full-time (schedule is flexible) -Must be at least 18 years old -Prior sales experience is a plus
