Provides admin support to purchasing & production, handling orders, schedules, vendor relations.

Tasks

-Manage the administrative aspects of Variance Purchase Order’s (VPO’s) and Purchase Orders (PO’s) -Place orders for utilities -Maintain the work schedule and process schedule delays (Slot Schedule) -Maintain productive relationships with Construction staff and Trade Partners. -Enter monthly and quarterly pricing in bid files -Assemble house files and homeowner packets -Manage samples from model home selections -Assist with setting up new trades including pricing and bid information. -Review estimates with new communities -Process subcontractor invoices. -Generate Plan Change Requests and manage vendor reassignments -Run insurance reports and manage Certificate of Insurance files

-High School diploma -Experience in homebuilding industry preferred. -Exceptional organizational and administrative skills -Good follow through skills -Detail oriented -2+ years office administrative experience. -Sensitive to deadline and time restraints -Ability to prioritize multiple tasks -Excellent communication and relationship building skills
