What You Bring

-Strong engineering problem solving skillset and ability to implement on manufacturing processes -Good problem identification and resolution skills -Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Welding Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline -Exhibits questioning attitude and practices self-checking -Displays informal leadership characteristics -Safety mindset and the ability to work with minimal assistance and instruction during assignments -Complex engineering assignments requiring strong problem-solving methodology and date analysis -Good communication skills to comprehend and convey detailed technical data -Knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques, and criteria -Ability to work with Technicians and communicate in a respectful and supportive manner -At least 5 years of directly related experience -Knowledge of Steel Alloys, welding, and cold working processes -Advanced level of specific software tools (CAD, FEA, CFD) and programming skills -Knowledge of SolidWorks is preferred -Interact with Technicians on a daily basis which requires excellent verbal communication skills -Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships, work collaboratively within a team environment -Willingness to comply with safety, organizational, industry, and engineering standards
