The Role

Provide financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting for USCG contracts

Tasks

-Provide Program Manager with on time financial picture -Perform oversight and analysis to financial admin. -Create/edit budgets and financial tracking documentation as required. -Development and editing of business, operational, and technical documents, engineering changes, meeting and trip reports, Maintenance Procedures (MPC), training material, and after-action reports. -Provide Financial Management Analysis to Project Managers in support of USCG contracts. -Provide support to multiple Program and Project Managers with financial standings on their contracts including but not limited to creating cost estimates and proposals to support the CG and IPT needs.

What You Bring

-Master’s degree would be a plus. -Ability to deal with people in a professional and courteous manner. -Ability to research and analyze operational data. -Effective oral and written communication skills. -Well versed in Microsoft Office and related business software. -Supervisory experience of five (5) or more subordinates. -Ability to organize and prioritize own work as well as assigned personnel. -Excellent oral and written communication skills. -Four (4) years of specific USCG support in the financial area. This experience will be in the types of funding, reporting requirements and evaluating contract documentation. -Ability to work alone or in a team environment as required. -US Citizen. -Customer interactions, formal and informal training, and meeting facilitation. -Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and pre-hire drug test. -Ability to exercise independent judgment. -Bachelor’s Degree required in Accounting or Finance.
