You'll workindependently across diverse industries, providing expert installation, maintenance, andtroubleshooting services for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems while buildinglasting customer relationships through technical excellence.What You'll Do● Technical Service & Installation: Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment,pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer locations● Customer Consultation: Act as technical consultant providing expert recommendations,training, and solutions to customer management and technical teams● System Optimization & Troubleshooting: Perform water analysis, calibrate equipment,program controllers, conduct preventative maintenance, and diagnose/resolve system issuesthrough remote support technologies and on-site interventions● Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed service reports, inventory management,and ensure all safety protocols are followed● Territory Management: Support multiple customer sites within assigned territory,coordinating with sales teams for optimal service delivery What We're Looking ForEducation & Experience:● Technical degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, MechanicalEngineering, or related discipline preferred, a high school diploma or GED is required.● 2+ years of experience in instrumentation & electronics, plant operations/maintenance, orequivalent technical training● Familiarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipment preferred● A full valid driver's license and willingness to travel (a learner's permit or G1/G2 class will notqualify)Key Characteristics:● Strong troubleshooting abilities for electrical and mechanical systems● Excellent communication and customer service skills● Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities● Safety-minded approach with ability to work in various industrial environments● Physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs and perform precision work● Computer proficiency and mathematical skills for technical analysisWhat Success Looks Like:● Consistently deliver high-quality technical service that exceeds customer expectations● Successfully complete installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting projects on time● Build strong customer relationships through technical expertise and professional service● Maintain safety standards and compliance in all industrial environments● Contribute to territory growth through technical excellence and customer satisfaction● Demonstrate continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies
