Overview

Manage HVAC warehouse: receive, store, inventory, and ship materials safely.

Tasks

-Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain detailed records. -Manage inventory levels and conduct regular physical inventory counts. -Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. -Assist with loading and unloading trucks. -Monitor warehouse supplies and place orders as needed. -Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. -Organize and store materials in designated areas, ensuring easy accessibility. -Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment. -Receive, inspect, and unload shipments of HVAC equipment and materials. -Prepare and package orders for shipment or delivery to job sites. -Assist HVAC technicians with material and equipment needs.

What You Bring

-Good communication and teamwork skills. -Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred). -Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. -Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment, preferably in the HVAC industry. -Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (75LBS) -May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing -Strong organizational and time-management skills. -Knowledge of HVAC equipment and materials is a plus. -May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time -Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the -Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping. -May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
