Tasks
-Providing support and liaison between the administration department, customers, third party suppliers and internal teams -Dealing with vehicle and transport administration -Ensuring all required administrative tasks are completed in line with company requirements -Dealing with and escalating service complaints to ensure effective resolution for the customer and protecting the company image and brand -Handling day-to-day queries from drivers, customers and other internal departments -Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records -Downloading Tachograph Card information and processing driver paperwork -Conducting driver debriefs -Providing general administrative and clerical support to the office

What You Bring
-Data input onto Tranman, Workday, spreadsheets, other internal software, raising POs. -Previous relevant Admin Experience -Strong attention to detail and being able to take notes during the meetings -Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Confident using Microsoft Office and transport management systems (training will be provided for internal software) -Reliable with good punctuality and attendance -Previous experience in a transport or logistics admin role preferred -Excellent communication and organisational abilities
