Tasks

-Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards. -Support small-scale projects related to workspace enhancements and employee experience. -Maintain accurate documentation and prepare presentations for client updates. -Prepare reports on service performance, cost efficiency, and client feedback. -Monitor service quality and implement improvement plans for customer satisfaction. -Conduct regular audits of soft services and implement corrective actions. -Supervise on-site staff and ensure adherence to SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs). -Coordinate events, client visits, and ensure seamless stakeholder engagement. -Organize monthly review meetings and manage KPIs for service delivery. -Act as the primary point of contact for client queries related to soft services. -Review vendor performance, handle invoicing, and ensure compliance documentation. -Oversee housekeeping operations, pantry services, and office upkeep. -Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for housekeeping and other soft services.

What You Bring

-Minimum 5 years in facility management with a strong focus on soft services. -Experience in managing vendors and client-facing operations. -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. -Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Facility Management, or related field. -Customer service orientation with attention to detail. -Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools. -At least 2 years in a supervisory or site lead role. -Professional certifications in Facility Management (FMP, CFM) preferred. -Strong leadership and team management skills.
