This role suits a hands-on operations leader who knows how to turn engineering plans into high-quality, safely delivered builds. You’ll oversee regional construction teams, manage key clients, and ensure every project is delivered with precision and accountability. -Recruit, mentor, and develop field leadership talent. -Step into a strategic leadership role shaping the future of a fast-growing construction division. -Lead day-to-day field operations for aerial, underground, and inside-plant fiber builds. -Oversee project managers, crews, and subcontractors to deliver safely, on time, and within budget. -Work on high-visibility fiber and data center projects that power enterprise connectivity. -Drive operational excellence through resource planning, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives. -Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients—serving as the senior point of contact on active programs. -Implement standardized construction workflows, QA/QC processes, and safety protocols.

What You Bring

-OSHA certification and a commitment to a zero-incident safety culture. -Ability to travel regionally (up to 35–40%). -8+ years in OSP/ISP fiber construction, including 3+ years in a senior leadership or operations management role. -Proven success managing data center or large-scale fiber builds from planning through close-out. -Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving skills. -Deep knowledge of fiber splicing, testing (OTDR), make-ready, permitting, and construction standards.
