What You Bring

-Well-organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently. Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to technical challenges. -High proficiency in Revit, including 3D modeling and documentation workflows; familiarity with AutoCAD, and other relevant design software. -Some understanding of industry standard detailing with the ability to apply them to construction documentation. -Certification through CTTAM and/or ABTAM -Experience coordinating multidisciplinary drawings, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in architectural environments, preferably in multi-family, residential, or commercial projects.
