Tasks

-Carrying out preventive maintenance / break-down maintenance activities related to electrical. -Monitoring and achieving optimum energy consumption -Ensuring good housekeeping and safe working practices -Analysis of breakdowns and planning corrective actions. -Preparing specifications for purchases of Spares and materials. -Preparation of electrical related critical spares list and arranging the same -Lock out Tag out system for Multiple type energy Isolation, -Maintaining documents of maintenance department like checklists, history card, and calibration records. -Corrective and preventive actions and checking its effectiveness -Maintaining CNC equipment. -Maintenance of Earth pit and Testing.
