Tasks

-Provides leadership and guidance for staff on project assignments. Manages and perform system design, including calculations, equipment selection, layout, and drawing preparation. Lead and contribute to overall engineering analysis and solutions. -Lead efforts on key projects as lead engineer responsible for the overall vision, quality and implementation. Partner with leadership to vision, plan and implement strategic initiatives, quality requirements and policy. -Conduct site investigations and technical research to support design decisions. Evaluate and mitigate project risk. -Plan and conduct evaluation and site observation. Perform Quality Control for projects by reviewing project documents, specifications, and design options; ensure code compliance through meetings and reviews. Make recommendations based on findings. Apply standard engineering practices and software tools to produce high-quality deliverables. -Build and develop internal and external relationships
