-Optimize stock availability by managing inventory levels, replenishment, and allocation. -Process sales orders efficiently and accurately, encompassing order entry, fulfillment, and shipment tracking. -Utilize NetSuite for project management, including setup, budget tracking, and milestone monitoring. -Facilitate seamless order processing and fulfillment by collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, warehouse). -Manage all aspects of NetSuite administration, including user setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance. -Develop and maintain clear documentation, SOPs, and training materials for NetSuite processes. -Coordinate scheduling for installations, repairs, and maintenance, effectively communicating with both subcontractors and clients to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
