Tasks

-Provide technical support and product expertise during pre- and post-sales phases. -Provide application guidance during installation, testing, commissioning, ongoing use, and maintenance to ensure performance and reliability. -Consult with clients to design and propose customized power solutions. -Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing. -Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. -Work directly with and call on design engineers and end users to introduce Trystar’s leading portfolio of customized critical power solutions through technical presentations, solution proposals, and project discussions. -Build and maintain long-term client relationships. -Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet client specifications. Prepare specifications, technical proposals, and system designs that align with project requirements, industry standards, and Trystar’s engineering best practices. -Partner with sales and marketing teams to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions. -Identify and develop sales opportunities in critical power markets (hospitals, data centers, industrial). Work directly with customers to assess needs, conduct site visits, and develop custom-engineered solutions for critical infrastructure and mission-critical facilities. -Serve as the primary technical authority in your territory for low- and medium-voltage power distribution equipment, including switchgear, transfer switches, switchboards, load banks, generator docking stations, and power conversion offerings .

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field. -Minimum of 10 years of experience in the critical power systems, electrical distribution, or industrial power equipment market, either designing, managing, or selling these solutions. -Ability to communicate technical concepts to both engineers and non-technical decision-makers. -Experience supporting sales teams, sales representatives, or customers through project design, specification, and execution. -Strong working knowledge of NEC and UL standards for power systems. -Experience working within CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other common business software tools. -Willingness to travel within your territory for customer site visits, engineering reviews, and project support. Expecting between 50 to 70% Travel.
