Assist with purchase orders, supplier coordination, and logistics tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Resolve price/qty variance if any with Suppliers -Receive and review the purchase requests -Prepare purchase orders and follow up for approval and transmission to supplier -Review old purchase orders in system and ensure validity of requirement -Follow up with Supplier for Order Acknowledgements & update in SAP -Prepare KPI’s related to supplier performance -Support in preparation of PO tracker -Purchase Order Processing -Provide advance shipping notification and required documentation to 3PL and Custom broker -Track and monitor timely shipment of ready items and log GIT in SAP -Float RFQs and analyze the bids -Follow up timely readiness of materials as promised by Suppliers

-Open for UAE Nationals only -Undergoing Bachelor’s degree or Bachelors in Management (Supply Chain education is a plus) -Individual who is keen on pursuing a career in field of Supply Chain & Logistics -Previous internship or project experience is a plus. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. -Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced operations environment. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
