Tasks

-Coordinate with B&N project teams, internally and externally. -Create an exemplary client experience throughout the project delivery process. Promote a positive team environment that enhances our exceptional corporate culture. -Lead business development, proposal preparation, and client relationship management. -Monitor performance indicators, deadlines, budgets, schedules, and manage risk. -Working with office and business leaders, establish goals and metrics. -Maintain quality control of services and deliverables. -Manage select projects to meet success goals and oversee other project Engineers in the delivery of all projects.

What You Bring

-Treatment process knowledge a plus -20+ years of related water/wastewater experience. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or equivalent from an ABET accredited engineering program -Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration -Experience with business management software and tools is a plus -Proficiency in Microsoft Office required -Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Indiana and/or Kentucky; or ability to register is a plus
