Leasing Consultant sells and manages apartment rentals, tours prospects, and handles resident relations.

-May be required to operate a golf cart to travel around the property. -Travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, or to attend training classes.

What You Bring

-Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time, climb, bend, and squat. -Must be able to occasionally push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 50 pounds. -The ability to multitask and manage time effectively while adhering to certain deadlines. -Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with employees, residents, and vendors. -Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions. -Previous sales or customer service experience is required.
